1 Acceptance of Terms

Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete at all times. pgh888 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to require supporting documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pgh888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify pgh888 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. pgh888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements, pgh888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and in some circumstances, source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Minimum Deposit

6 Bonuses & Promotions

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pgh888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 11 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance periods

pgh888's total cumulative liability in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgh888 account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

pgh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any relevant authority
• Player self-exclusion request

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account (after deduction of applicable bonus balances and pending investigation amounts) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to verification. pgh888 is not obligated to return funds where the account closure results from a breach of these Terms by the player.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pgh888 customer support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

pgh888 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by pgh888 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pgh888 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pgh888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
